Charis Bible Studies is an exciting ministry from Charis Bible College that connects those who desire genuine discipleship with Charis graduates. As a graduate of Charis Bible College, Pastor Joe is honored to host the first Charis Bible Study in New Jersey! If you are looking for sound teaching in the Word of grace and faith, and the opportunity to connect with others, register today! The teaching is via Zoom every Thursday night from 6:45-8:30 pm. There is no fee for the Bible Studies, however space is limited, so you must register to attend, all are welcome. What's the next step after I register?
After we receive your registration, within 24-48 hours you will receive a confirmation email that gives further details about the Study Guide and Zoom Meeting information. You will also receive a reminder text the day before each study.
Is this Bible Study online or at a physical location?
This study is online via Zoom.
After I register, can I invite a friend to join me?
Absolutely! If you have a friend that wants to attend, but is not ready to register, simply share your Zoom invitation email with them. They can visit two times with your link then they will need to register if they would like to continue. When they register, we will send them a link to the Study Guide and add them to our Zoom invitation email list.
I see that this study is based on an Andrew Wommack book. Do I need to order the book, and if so where?
You can choose to order the Study Guide through Andrew Wommack Ministries online store at a 20% discount OR receive a link to a free copy of the Study Guide through our Charis Attendees portal. Simply request the discount code OR the link to a free copy of the Complete Study Guide when you register.
What is the format for the study?
At 6:45pm, we welcome everyone and then open in prayer. Pastor Joe will begin the study and pause briefly between sections for questions. Questions must be brief and related only to the topic being discussed. The full study is about an hour and a half, including the lesson, prayer, and questions and answers. Also, before we close for the evening, we will receive a voluntary offering to give attendees an opportunity to sow into Faith Fellowship Ministries. All gifts are tax-deductible. We end at about 8:30 pm.
Are the gifts of the Spirit free to operate?
We want and expect the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be in operation during our study. When you put a group of fervent believers together in a group setting, the gifts naturally come out. However, we make sure that all things are done decently and in order. Whether it be healing the sick, speaking in tongues or sharing a Word of wisdom or knowledge, we encourage the gifts to flow in a powerful way.
